An intimate afternoon at Corston Vineyard Estate, just outside Bath — a site with Roman roots, now home to Minerva's award-winning sparkling wines. You'll tour the vines, taste three wines, enjoy a light food pairing lunch, and take part in our world-first sound & wine pairing experience.

Eddie has spent nearly a decade reviving this land — once cultivated by the Romans — and building Minerva into a wine that reflects Bath's terroir and history. This is a personal, small-group experience, not a packaged tour.
