Here, we've revitalised what the Romans established in these fields in the Middle Ages, breathing new life into them. There's a palpable sense of history in the air and something truly extraordinary about this terroir.
Our experience takes place in our new gorgeous Vineyard tasting tent. It all starts in the Vineyard, where our acclaimed "Minerva" was created. An English Sparkling Wine was honoured with the prestigious Decanter Award in 2023.
You'll embark on a journey alongside the wine, tasting its evolution from its humble beginnings and youthful vigour to its ultimate destination as a rich, terroir-driven sparkling wine brimming with character and allure.
During the tour, guests will hear about the journey so far and try what the Romans would have tasted in their wine in the Middle Ages.

After nearly a decade of dedicated effort, I'm thrilled to extend this long-awaited invitation to join me on a journey that's been years in the making. In the surrounding fields, the Romans once cultivated vineyards, and now, we're endeavouring to revive and honour their legacy, a homage to Bath and us, its proud inhabitants.
The inception of Minerva Wine marked not just the creation of exceptional wine but the realisation of a broader vision. Our aim has always been to provide enduring sustainability to our community.
