After the incredible success of our first Vine Dining Experience last October, we're thrilled to announce that starting in May 2025, this magical evening will become a monthly event! 🍷✨
Join us for the ultimate Minerva Vine Dining Experience – a celebration of wine, food, and community like no other. Stroll through the vines, savour a seasonal feast prepared by a special guest local chef, and enjoy an exclusive tasting of our multi-award-winning Minerva Wine 🍇. Hosted by founder Eddie Sauvao, this is your chance to indulge in an unforgettable evening among the vines. 🌅🍴
📍 What to Expect:
⏰ 5:00 PM – Arrive to a Minerva Glass in hand 🍷. Fire pits glowing🔥.
⏰ 5:30 PM – Gather around the fire with Eddie for an introduction to Minerva Wine and our story 🗣️.
⏰ 6:00 PM – Canapés to start the evening 🍢.
⏰ 6:10 PM – Sip your second glass of Minerva and explore our unique wine pairing 🥂.
⏰ 6:30 PM – Dine between the vines with a seasonal feast prepared by our special guest local chef 🍽️.
⏰ 7:00 PM – Relax by the fire pits with music in the background 🎶
⏰ 8:30 PM – Sunset magic 🌅 (sunset around 9 PM, cameras ready!)
🍸 Paid Bar Available: Enjoy additional beverages from our paid bar, featuring a curated selection of drinks to complement the evening’s flavours. 🍻🍹
