Join us for our very first Minerva Vineyard Tour & Vine Dining Experience! Stroll through the vines, savour exquisite dishes by Chef Maddie John – known for her sold-out supper clubs – and enjoy a special tasting of our multi-award-winning Minerva Wine, hosted by founder Eddie Sauvao. Dine literally between the vines for a truly unforgettable experience. 

**What to expect:  

  • 4:00 pm, Arrive, Minerva Glass upon arrival, fire pits lit up with hay bales for seating 

  • 4:30 pm Eddie, around the fire pits - introduction to Minerva Wine, short history and plans 

  • 5:00 pm, Maddie, Canapé (please see menu attached in pics)

  • 5:10 pm, Eddie, top-up 2nd Minerva glass, Minerva unique pairing 

  • 5:30 pm, Maddie, Dinner to be served Seasonal Feast 

  • 6:00 pm, Sunsets 6:07 pm –, capturing the Sunset

  • 7:30 pm, Chill out amongst the fire pits, Music in the background, and Ubers ordered.
